"Great company, great growth opportunities"
"I've worked for Farmer Brothers coffee for 6 years. The company has gone through significant changes in management. The company fell on hard times to do some of smaller roasters they were not planned as well as they could have been. And a hasty relocation of the company to a new HQ in Texas from California. These changes resulted in a change in management at the top levels and a dramatic stock price drop. The new facility in Texas was not abel to start up as planned. Poor decisions were made and a drastic downsize of personnel and salary reduction had to be implemented. Good intentions and an aggressive growth strategy were not supported by practical and sound business plan."
"I start working in the company since November 2019 and then coronavirus came."
"Good benefit, casual dress code, free company gym and free coffee!"
"I worked for the company for 5.5 years. The last several years were very challenging and decisions made by Senior Leaders drove financial issues. Hoping company can come back."
"Farmer Brothers has a very user-friendly dress code (jeans, tennis shoes, and T-shirt to collared.) Free coffee and enough fridge space to keep your food cold. Cubicles are a decent size for you to get a lot done on the computer and manual stuff."
"I started working at Famer Brother at the beginning of the year in January as a part-time employee because of school work. Now in August, with only one class left before getting my degree in Information Systems, I have been moved to full-time. The company is currently going through a lot of changes in leadership which makes job security feel questionable."
"Absolutely awful place to work. Managers do not offer any support. Sales staff are truly no more than route callers and expected to do no more than herd in the customers. I've never worked for a company than has a regressive pay scale - what is that I DO NOT recommend Farmers Brothers and my biggest regret is staying there for as long as I did. My most liberating day was the day I turned in my resignation."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Adequate at best"
