"I have worked for Farm Credit Service of America for 8 years. In that time, I wear numerous hats. I assist customer and develop a relationship so the customers will come back to us to do future business with the company. I also work with the customers to complete the correct loan documentation."
"I worked at NWFCS for almost 7 years as a Financial Specialist. The best part about the job is the customers! Farmers/Ranchers are uniquely some of the greatest people on the planet! The company has one of the best benefits packages out there with an up to 9% match on 401K, majority of Health insurance covered by the company, 2 weeks sick leave that rolls over if you don't use it, start out with 3 weeks of vacation leave, 2 weeks paid maturnity/paternity leave and 12 paid holidays. They are currently in the midst of a technology overhaul which was long overdue! Like all companies you will find some favoritism, some managers that have no business leading people, and lots of secrecy. Office politics can be abundant, but overall I would recommend this company!"
