"Be yourself and communicate clearly as to what you bring to the table as a sales representative and communicator. Emphasize your enthusiasm for learning, as the product and service offering is extremely complex and diverse."

What don't you like about working at DuPont?

"The turnover and having to become actively involved in very complex projects that I was not originally involved in during the bidding process."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Regular reviews to highlight what I'm doing well as a healthcare specialist and coaching to assist me with any areas where I may have deficiencies."

"Look elsewhere; the pension plan is no more & site managers are still in charge."

"Terrible place to work due to the unethical acts of the management team. Problems are tucked away and bandaided so the CFO doesn't realize what truly is going on."

"Flexible work schedule and good benefits. Close proximity to restaurants, shopping mall and other places of interest."

"Don't waste your time and compromise your ethics by working for this joke of an organization."

"Unethical HR manager, incompetent & backstabbing management team, individual performance does not matter, no career advancement. No respect in this company and internal problems galore.The management team thrives on making the good peoples' lives miserable here. They will demotivate you to the point of no return."

"Stop shoving the glass door into the people who actually do all the work and are competent. Other than that, what goes around comes around."

"I love the different types of jobs we are tasked with doing and the people I work with seeing that we are self managed."

"Understand that this is a great job if you want to work, go in and learn all you can and keep moving up."
