3.6DST Systems is a supposed technology company that, in the words of the Global Chief Technology Office, is afraid to be a technology company. The top officers of the company throw around buzzwords such as agile, streamlined, etc. while having no idea what they really mean or how they are to be used to help the company. There is a general overall distrust of these top positions and there has been no changes (but millions of dollars spent to try) to change this.
3.3I worked at DST Output for 3.5 years. Overall a good company, however the somewhat volatile nature of their sales caused a fair number of layoffs to occur.
3.9I've worked for DST systems for the last 8 years. It is a wonderful place to work. The company has many divisions and there are tons of opportunity to move around within the company and expand our technical skills.
