"The goods - It was a great working environment, a little laid back but comfortable. A good set of skilled people in claims and IT, less hassle and not much politics at least on the IT side. The bads - The company wasn't prospering, you would see lay offs almost every other week, the profits were diminishing. There was not much growth. The pay was not very competitive but the health insurance was terrible."
