"No equity offering or directorship opportunities (both promised in my interview). Lack of training and support."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Increased internal controls governing portfolios and business pipelines. Target larger, more sophisticated clients. Redraft business fees schedule which is too expensive and losing pipeline business. Offer an employee share incentive scheme."
