3.3CTDI is evolving and changing. Specifically, the IT departments are being squeezed to do more with less, unless your project is a pet project of top management. My last project at CTDI was a business critical interface to a supplier, however, our staffing and resource requirements were not met, and our project was not finished on time and our testing suffered because we were developing code while we were testing.
3.5Company environment is overall decent, the supervisor is a great guy, but the company overall is a revolving door and there is no job security no matter how good you are at your job or how well valued you are by the company.
3.6I have work with CTDI for the summer of 2018. I presume a role as an operator for the robotics testing machine which tests the electrical components of iPhones and Samsungs. Nearing the middle of my employment, I manage and operate six robotics systems with 5 min cycle time. The job was fast-paced due to our quota of testing 1000 phones daily.
