"CareCounsel is a great place to start out but there is very little longevity or upward mobility in the company. The company is small with a staff of under 50 employees. Upper management has their favorites and there is bias on who they decide to promote. The staff on the contact center floor are amazing and are the one positive aspect that makes working there worth it. The work becomes second nature once you get the hang of it and you truly are advocating for patients and members to create a better health care experience."
