You are taught by Senior Management to create loyal customer relationships and make exceptions where you feel you can help someone without breaking any regulations or laws. So many banks have created the stigma of to your bank you are just another number and at DCB that is such a hard thing to hear. DCB takes pride in the relationships that it builds, the communities it helps and the businesses it supports. They have a drive to keep up with technology but still have the hometown bank feel and they certainly excel.
