Some of the project managers could have had more experience in the field so they could have a better understanding of what the challenges were for those of us in the field. The same is true for us in the field, we needed more knowledge of what it takes to manage the project from the office. Role reversal would help in understanding the challenges each of had.

4.8 I you pick better subcontractors with proven track recordes it makes our job easyer and we can get the job done faster and with the best of quality you spend a little more up front but you save money in the long run lest customer service costs, better quality and quicker closings. You will save money on the principle of the loans that have to be taken out for the job site.
