"A nice company to work for as they support and help you learn."
"BMI does great things for the music world. My supervisor, and directors are very understanding, flexible. However those above my own supervisors, lack understand of the work that goes into daily processes, nor have a clear vision of the future. There is also no room for advancement. The CEO is also good at "rallying" the troops, but again also seems to fall short of a true long term vision."
"I have worked for B.M.I. for 2 years now as a songwriter and plan to continue my work with them for another 2 years. They are a great company that has lead me in a great path as a musician and producer. However the financial stability is not always ideal. I hope that I can make a new path and gain some experience in a new field. My manager is great. She and I have shared a great relationship over the past two years."
