"This is a great company. It has grown quite a bit since I left but my friends there are still happy."

What don't you like about working at Beringer Blass Wine Estates?

"I was working days helping our distributor sell to key accounts as well as setting sales goals and incentive plans. I was also working nights speaking at wine dinners and training wait staff. It was OK until I had children and needed more work/family balance."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I would suggest fewer new brands as the market is saturated and consumption rates are on the decline."
