Western Growers Employee

"Horrible environment to work in. Upper management treats everyone like they are 2nd class citizens and they often yell at their employees as well. Benefits are horrendous and the raises are the worst, except of course for those in upper management or related to or have personal relationships with them in any way. Lots of nepotism occurring in this organization; so much it is disgusting and really should be investigated. Don't work here, it's awful!"
