"I worked with Wells Fargo as a software engineer, both as a contractor and as a fulltime employee. I enjoyed the work very much. The company is very relaxed, yet professional. Deadlines are set, but well within a given time period. There's no hurry to get things done, but the more you do - the richer the rewards. Managers treat everyone equal and conduct monthly reviews to help individuals with problems or possible growth potential. I especially enjoyed my monthly international support meetings. The company is worldwide, so expect to interact with other people across the globe. All in all, my experience with Wells Fargo was very rich and fulfilling. I enjoyed going to work every day and interacting with my colleagues. Looking back, I would say I gave a little and learned a lot!!"

The consensus is that if it is not in writing then it was not communicated. Many divisions are well run. There are a few that are totally dysfunctional."
