"In my job, I had the vision to help the business grow but my boss at the time didn't want that to happen. I would try to help him grow but he never wanted to. He was always gone then when I would tell him what the company needed to be successful he never allowed me to do so. I ran the company but with his approval on decision making, I worked alone or sometimes with 2 other employees I hired."
