"I've worked at EZOPS Inc for 3 years and when I started I loved the management I was working under. Once the CTO left, things went downhill. Projects were poorly managed, management started to micromanage, and hours skyrocketed because of all of this. It has just made it rough to work for a company I really believed in."
"Company has a great product. It is not run correctly and the 3 founders are not open to any suggestions. There is no sales plan, no marketing, and getting anything done is like pulling teeth. CEO is very narcissistic and lies straight to your face. The other 2 co-founders are more passive and do what the CEO says. Very unfortunate since the product has a lot of potential. If only they listened to the sales people they brought in to grow the business."
