"Not having the opportunity to cross train in other departments and not being able to learn more of what other departments accomplish."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Give those employees that are wanting to advance and show a strong will to do so, the opportunity learn and experience other task or duties within your organization. Those are the types of employees you want to keep and push to better not only themselves, but the company as well."
