"I hd liked working with many of the people. However, there has been a mass exodus from the college due to many of the new Administration."

"Be able to move very slowly in all cases when trying to make any decision at all."

"I have been held back and not really backed by superiors over the years. There is always talk of how good I do my job,but I have not getten the actual physical backing I would like to have."

"Allow your people that work in the field and know the product and people the leverage to do their job."
