4.7I’ve worked for Elmington Property management for two years. It has been one of the greatest companies I have ever worked for. What I loved most about this company was their 6 core convictions:
Forget the ordinary - when you are working doing the bare minimum is not good enough
Think like an Owner- when making your every day decisions, make the decision as if you were the owner. (This conviction gave the the autonomy to make small and big decisions with out being micromanaged.)
Elevate- throughout the year our company hosted campaigns in which donations were collected and given to local organizations in need.
Treat Amazing people Amazingly - at Elmington treating people is not limited to just our coworkers and residents. We want to provide any person we come in contact with. You never know who’s watching.
Move People Along- there are people who work because they love what they do. The rest do it for a pay check. It is completely okay to let someone go because they are not the right fit for a job.
And my last and most favorite conviction...
Front Stab- If an issue ever arrives in the workplace, you should be able to resolve issues like adults. It does not matter their title or position, pull that person to the side and let them know how you feel using “I feel” statements.
This company has set unprecedented standards in the workplace. They have been nominated for of the best places to work for in Nashville for a reason. From the president to groundskeepers everyone is treated with the utmost’s respect. It’s truly a great company to work for.
3.1I've worked for Elmington Property Management for the past 6 months. I enjoy the residents and the work that I have to perform daily, The one thing I enjoy most about my job is the fact that nothing ever stays the same and the constant change helps me to stay consistently on my toes.
