"I actually worked there actually in 2016 I waited a long time to post something but it’s because I wanted to think about what I would say and since then I’ve tried to rationalize. But I was pregnant when I started working there after waiting so long to be pregnant I actually remember at a work meeting I was told to say some things about my self my husband had a vasectomy when I met him so I’d been pregnant was so exciting for me, but I mention that was he is oh yes you are like unexcited it’s awkward. Both his daughters work there now and I’m sure it’s because he would be able to keep a relationship with another doctor he isn’t related too. He is very controlling and condescending He is very condescending, he said he didn’t like the way I did finished composite fillings, I would of been happy to learn his way. But he said I would have two weeks and then I couldn’t work there anymore well he went and told everyone that he was letting me go and told me when he gave me two weeks that if I told anyone that I wouldn’t be allowed my two weeks but the next day at work it very clear my fellow co- workers knew I called Sue and told her that I thought it was unprofessional that he would ask me to do something he couldn’t follow through with and told her I’d be there to get my things early the next morning before anyone got there and leave. They have a high turn over rate, I told SUE after Dr. Lee was telling me I was no longer needed I said you guys can’t treat employees like this I’ve worked since I’ve been 16 and been trained at least two weeks on every job I think it’s crazy that didn’t happen here yes I’ve been in this field a long time but every office is different, I worked at a dental office for 7 yrs and been at another 3 yrs and lead at my current office of 3 yrs how can I be so successful at other offices but I only worked here 2 months and was miserable Sue said it’s always been like that and it’ll never change, I’m sure she was talking about Dr. Lee"
