"Put the right people in the right jobs; manage more by influence than by dictatorial actions; implement 360 feedback; implement new systems and top of the line tools."

"Had great latitude to create and manage operations and position to develop it to best serve the company and clients. this was a new division just starting up handling the largest and most complex risks the company handled in the world. Provided me with a great opportunity to experience new things and learn how to manage complex operations."

"Avoid the manager named raj in the NMC"

"Never called in to work except the day before I eloped and was fired for getting married!!!! the manager Raj/NMC was under HR review for firing people for the smallest things. Later I found out he had a freind that he was going to hire but needed to fire someone for any reason , I was it. My agnecy refused to send him any more employees because of the mass turnover I lasted four months and the was a new record. He later tried to stop my unemployment and lost. In this economy who does that"

"Complete overhaul of the mgt. they were misguided , un-skilled and impersonal also very very political"
