"I have gotten to work with a great group of employees in many different areas of the company from HR issues to Renewable Energy efforts, in addition, working with people in Canada and Europe and vendors. Everyday is different and on a one-to-one level colleagues and openly vocal and appreciative of the work (and prioritization) of the work done for them."

"Apply with the recommendation of an upper management individual. Be good with change."

"There was no room for advancement and our team was continually moved into different business units, so constant change. Also, lack of software update and support."

"Keep all designers on the same/compatible systems, so that extra time isn't taken to recreate items and there is seamless transition and capabilities between design professionals."
