"Zorroa has an amazing breadth of knowledge, and an exciting product. The team I was on was one of the best I've ever seen. However, the culture at Zorroa is not my style. I prefer a more open approach to communicate, information sharing and decision making. I prefer supportive feedback over constructive criticism.
