"I have worked for Zones in various capacities for 16 years. Zones is a fantastic company, hence my long tenure. Zones does not pay well in the industry. They often make structural changes that do not necessarily make good business sense. I believe in what I do, I am good at what I do, and I love the people I work with."

I was hired by the COO to leverage my seniority and services background to influence key accounts and evangelize managed services capabilities. At the time of my onboarding, the COO resigned and the strategic vision began to unravel and my role became that of a technical solution architect, which I am not. I think highly of the company and my Regional Director/Pre-Sales Solutioning has offered to be a reference."

Company is still facing many challenges and trying to find right direction. Overall, IT culture is very diverse, company still needs to develop a climate of progress, instead of agressive short-term fixes."

"Low cost operations model whit is a benefit for financial growth yet in some cases technology is what keeps us one step ahead of our competition."

"Keep up approach to strategic business growth and increase lead inflow for the sales team."

"There was not an ability to move toward certain career goals."

"As always, listen more to not only the sales floor, but especially the people who are working everyday to make things tick."

"The training. Zones was a company that believed in continual learning. We had daily trainings from so many technology manufactures. I became an expert on so many products because of the continual training. Just rocked out!!!"

"My previous manager did not like me because of my race."

"Do not allow racism to fester in your company, you will lose awesome employees..like me."
