What do you like about working at Lowe's?
"The staff at both stores I worked in were excellent. There is constant customer interaction, which I loved. I am not afraid of work, and the position of Zone Manager is definitely hands on. The seasonal changes also kept the job from getting mundane. Lowe's is a fun place to work."
What don't you like about working at Lowe's?
"As with most retail positions, payroll cuts require doing more with less. If you cannot develop a team atmosphere, you will not be successful. I also was not pleased by the integrity of upper management."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Follow the company's policies and procedures. Realize that the hourly associates keep the customers coming back, and actively solicit their input in customer service problems."
