Zoller Employee

"Employees are not trusted. They are punished for ingenuity and discouraged from thinking outside the box. Compensation is minimal at best. Poor health care coverage is offered to employees. PTO days are maxed out at 20 days. No increase in PTO days until 5 years with the company. PTO days do not rollover. No sick days are provided outside of PTO days. During the initial shutdown during the pandemic, all employees were forced to use 15 days of PTO time (including next years PTO) as the company was not permitted to be open."
