"Political, too much blame discourage innovation and teamwork. Hostility between departments. No explanation given to other employee when someone got fired (create fear)."

"Reduce politic in work place. Reduce too much reliance on accountability (people are afraid of making decision). Teamwork among department instead of blames."

"Executive management does not lead, does not provide guidance, nor does it attempt to foster a positive corporate culture."

"Grow up. Look at what is really going on. Ask questions instead of issuing directives."

"Little or no direction is given to lower level employees. You must figure it all out yourself."

"I was no longer unemployed, so that was good."

"Mostly, I would recommend getting a reference from within the company. If that isn't possible, then just read Competency-Based Resumes ahead of time."

"Complete lack of direction, and lack of organization. Total lack of communication from management to lower level employees. This resulted in large delays in the schedule and frustration within the design teams."

"Promote based on technical competence. Do not place non-degreed staff in charge of degreed staff. If there technical decisions need to be made, then degreed staff need to be the ones to make it."

"If you want to be an expert in one or two product lines, it is not the right company since you will need to be more of a generalist."

"The company lacked focus on its core competence and instead tried to integrate too many divisions under this aftermarket entity."

"I suggest that the company carefully plan for further integration prior to implementing it."
