"I enjoyed working with my manager and my agents. I enjoyed helping the agents grow their business and in turn helping grow the office revenue."

"I would have liked to have had a little more say in what would work in my market. The office were cookie cutter but in a changing environment it was difficult to move fast if change was needed."

"How much extra we had to pay in commission.The agent used the company software to do the work. We had to pay for the software out of our commission."

"Understand people strength and weaknesses so they can be used effectively."

"The company provides excellent sales tracking and management software that is far better than the competition. Leads are provided and plenty of training."

"The team atmosphere is not great since we all work out of our homes."

"Too little communication among coworkers and very little training; often left me navigating in the dark."
