"The NJ office liked famliy"
"Their business model is to buy small companies for their product line, they fire all the employees of the purchased company except for a few key employees and they give those key employees stock options to stay on, then fire those employees one month before they are vested in the stock options."

"I worked in a small wireless group that they had bought and they mostly left us alone right up to the day they came up and fired us all."

"Too much corporate hands-on control of software design and even hardware design. You will use this piece of firmware or you're fired"
