"Worked at this company when it was called TRW back in 2012. A lot has changed since then the company was a high volume steering assembly plant. It seems though ever since ZF has taken over the production of steering assemblies has fallen and they’ve started to lay off most of there employees with less than 25 years. It was a great place to work, but it feels like it’s a dying flower slowly losing its petals."

"I've been working for ZF since 2018. I love the role at ZF but have been facing issues with management ever since there has been a change. The headquarters is located in Germany and there is a disconnect between Germany and the US in management. Overall I have a good experience in terms of learning new skills."

"It's been a great company to work for wherein I am having a challenging engineering role with exposure to international teams and latest technology to work upon. I get flexibility to improve the process with advanced technology tools and equipment. Presently I am located in India and not in Gainsville."

"I've worked for ZF for over 9 months and interned last year for entire summer. There are so many opportunities at ZF to explore and learn new technologies. For example, Autonomous driving, Iot Data Analytics, etc. With growing Digitalization within the Automotive vertical, I think ZF has a lot to offer."
