"The company has a family feel, the culture is pretty relaxed, but there is a vast distance between the hierarchy, and not much interaction in upward or downward communication with (my) manager. I tried pointing out some complex concerns, being vigilant by nature. They were not received well. All in all, it's a good place to work."
