"I’ve worked at Zaxby’s for four years now. I started as a cook when I graduated high school, two years later when I graduated college I became an assistant manager. I hav managed three stores since my promotion. During my time as a manager I came to realize that the structure and the way they operated was not okay. There was a lot of lack of communication from above all the way down to the employees."
