"Be very detail oriented, have a good work ethic, and most of all, you need to be a people person!"

What don't you like about working at Zales?

"Sometimes it can get very stressful, but that has never discouraged me!"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I think our manager should be a little tougher on some of the employees that do not administer the same amount of work ethic as I do."
