"I've worked for Young Living for a year. The company is wonderful in many areas but unfortunately prefers quick band-aid solutions to tried and true ones that take some time to implement right. Technical people are not empowered to make technical decisions leaving some systems lacking in security, proper tooling, or stability. The environment is laid back and understanding, however, which is a boon."
