"I worked for Young Engineering & Manufacturing, Inc. for a few years. The company is owned and managed by Mr. Winston Young. Don`t believe anything Winston tells you. He can not be trusted to keep his word. He usually comes up with an excuse why he can not pay you a fair wage despite his promises to reward you for your hard work. He says things like "Come grow with the company". What he means is come work hard and get paid very little. He treats his employees like dirt. Stay away from this poorly run company!"
