"When a company does not deliver what they tell you they will deliver, drop them, outsourced or not."

"Keep an open mind. If you have been in outside B2B sales, look at inside sales. The chalanges are different but just as exciting."

"Some managers would not listen to suggestions, they had rules and stuck to them without flexiabliity. Some managers would not share winning stratagies with other managers."

"Listen to the sales executives, accept suggestions, share winning stratigies with other Sales Executives so we all win."

"When I was recruited to join YP.com, my career path shifted. I was currently in my prime as a Visual Marketing Manager in the retail industry. My interests at that time was the fashion trend. Coming from that world to the online marketing industry changed my life. The position and my tenure challenged me to grow as a professional.
