"When acquiring other companies, make sure that your employees that helped build and put your company in a position to M&As are truly looked after, as if they are your family!"

"Be a great listener and try to be creative. Listen to your customers for better ad ideas and most importantly their buying intentions. Listening more and asking the right probing questions will generate you more successful and loyal accounts in the long run."

"Stay away --don't interview with Yellowbook. Their ads are dishonest."

"The focus or direction was constantly changing on a weekly basis. They tried to manage by intimidation and the pressure was unbearable. Favorites received the best assignments. You were ranked by numbers that were inaccurate, and managers could care less because it didn't affect their compensation."

"Have a CONSISTENT plan and stop gossiping about the reps to other reps. Answer questions honestly."
