"The team, the poeple, the job is interesting, cafeteria in building"

"Not sure if I like this place yet, although the team is very good, and I enjoy working with my colleagues, the work is not all that inspiring or fun. But then it is work, and the pay pretty well."

What don't you like about working at YellowBook?

"The commute, the lack of privacy in the work spaces."

"I would reward the technical people more. Not so sales oriented in hr outlook"

"The possibility for career advancement. The fact that there was always opportunity to grow within the company."

"Be honest. Promise a lot and deliver more. That would be my tip."

What don't you like about working at YellowBook?

"Moral had been down for the past few years, due to changes in company culture. Their revenues had been going down year over year, due to the perception that know reads the Yellow Pages anymore. Hence, they had to lay off a lot of employees."

"I think they are doing the best they can in the current environment."

"Friendly atmosphere and even though a large company you do not feel like a number."

"Come because you are going to do what you love and don't mind not getting promoted or paid for what you are worth."

What don't you like about working at YellowBook?

"Not a lot of opportunity for growth to a higher position. Company seems to hire management and higher-level professionals from outside of company instead of promoting from within."

"Improve morale throughout the company. Most employees are afraid that their job is in jeopardy."
