What do you like about working at Yardi?

"Friendships you make there will last a lifetime. Benefits are amazing. The company owns several condos that employees can reserve for vacations, paying only the cleaning fees. Condos are in Mammoth, New York, North Carolina, and I think there might now be a house in Maine."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Don't show too much self-confidence in your interview. Relax, have a sense of humor and let your experience speak for itself."

What don't you like about working at Yardi?

"Very limited growth opportunity unless you come in to the company through Tech Support or at an entry level position. The company tends to prefer hiring entry level people and molding them to fit into the company image.Many in top management tend to be there as a reward for loyalty, having been with the company since it's infancy. Many have no prior business, management or even office experience and have grown up within the company."
