"I worked for the Yardhouse as a Hostess for almost a year. Like any other company there are ups and downs. I think the restaurant's greatest weakness is the fact that they have a lot of managers that only stay a short period. This makes it very hard for the support staff to know what is expected of them and to do their job to the best of their abilities. I got along with all of the front desk staff and I was able to forge relationships with some servers and most of the managers."

"I worked at yard house after being hired to barback, I was told it would be a hybrid role with some bussing shifts, that should have been a red flag right away. I ended up working more bussing shifts than bar back shifts. The hours were long and the environment very draining, would not recommend to a friend."
