What don't you like about working at Yale University?

"Academia has a system of fixed hierarchies. Slow paced environment. Little impact in the real world. A lot of the research depends on external funding."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"To enable larger internal funding for pilot projects. To improve the directory system so that it would be easier to find potential collaborators."

"I first began working for the Yale University Art Gallery as a student in the summer of 2018, between my junior and senior years of college. After graduation in May of 2019, I was hired on to the team. I have had a great experience working here, as my supervisor always makes himself available to me though he is extremely busy, and his utmost goal is that I learn while I do my job.
