"Constant layoffs and scrutiny over job performance. Work was often repetitive. Zero opportunity for growth as contractors."

"The contraction of the company and continuous rounds of layoffs couldn't have been predicted, but once it became apparent that there was no chance of promotion to full-time, being honest in that reality is preferable, instead of trying to flirt with maybes that weren't even a possibility."

"Constant management reorganizations lead to constant changes in management. Those changes lead to a lack of trust and no solid relationship between employees and management. As a result, management is disinterested in what their employees do on a day to day basis. The company is fantastic. The higher up you go, the less people-oriented the company becomes."
