"Too many restrictions on traveling to Data Center for troubleshooting issues with multiple servers when remote technicians were very busy and didn't have time for assistance. Project deadlines were impossible to meet due to many unforeseen issues with hardware and application compatibility."

"Once a while to have sr. developers to asset compatibility between applications and hardware."

"There are many great people, good perks, great new CEO."

"My immediate department which is not very technical or Internet minded. There is nepotism, politics and a lot of upset amongst the people."

"Do not flaunt your personal relationship with certain employees at meetings. Keep people happy by communicating with them and being sure they are challenged and driven to do their job."

"I've worked for Yahoo for more than 4 years. The glass ceiling is very clear for a non-headquarters office like Burbank. Benefits are excellent and culture is strong. If you drink the cool aid, you'll have a great time and learn a lot. If you see past the purple, you'll recognize some of the inefficiencies of working there."
