"The tools we had to use were limited in functionality. There was also a lack of cohesiveness in the toolsets available, with multiple properties using different tools, very few of which were driven by a centralized tools team."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Focus. Multiple times projects were taken up, only to be dropped... then picked up again, then summarily dropped... and picked up yet again. This is a waste of resources and money."
