"Allow some room for growth, our sales team has other aspirations other than just selling."

"Constant management reorganizations lead to constant changes in management. Those changes lead to a lack of trust and no solid relationship between employees and management. As a result, management is disinterested in what their employees do on a day to day basis. The company is fantastic. The higher up you go, the less people-oriented the company becomes."
