Yaguara Employee

"Unfortunately, Yaguara has a lot of work to do. On the surface it's a great place to work, but in my experience it's been an uphill battle to get through on major issues (technical and culture). Two women I've worked with were fired for speaking up about workplace issues and not being able to get through to their managers about the way the male-dominated, top down culture hindered their ability to do their jobs."
