"Very poor management. Very poor training. A lot of hassling. No respect. Not a positive environment. Treat you like a child. Do not care about you. Managers and leads belittle the CSRs. Take advantage of you. Upper management try their hardest to make you fail. No help when needed. Hostile environment. Not recommended to anyone."

"I moved from the main office to Nashville and could not be more disappointed. The AVP promoted should not be in this position over the office. She has hired both of her sisters and shows favoritism more than I've ever seen. I heard horrible things about her when she was a Director and now I see... I'm currently looking for other employment as the owners are allowing her to destroy the culture they built. Sad but true, Xtend is not what it used to be. This company is now managed by fear... Not acceptable when a productive, seasoned (20 years on the job), and knowledgeable person is fired for not working 50 accounts a day and a young BFF of a Director new into the industry is promoted into the position. Horrible ethical decisions are made daily and I am ashamed to currently associate with this company. There is no job security here when they fire amazing leadership members and keep unethical persons who cannot even manage themselves, much less an entire office. There is no support and no one in upper management listens. Why waste breath?"
