"I have worked for XPO since March of 2018. When change needs to happen, I feel it takes to long, because to many individuals want to be involved, and it slows things down. The purpose of On-Site Technicians means they should be able to fix ANYTHING on site, meaning having access to use the tools so their site never really sees any downtime, but having to reach out to bill, joe and bob because we don't have the right access to use this and that server isn't good because it puts a hold on us looking good and fixing issues right then and there. I get we don't know everything, but if taught I am sure operations would run a lot smoother. I say, give us the rope and let us hang ourselves before you hang us because you have the power too."
