"I would have to say that Xoma was the most chalenging place to work and where I learned more than just the manufacturing. I was able to think outside the box and put into all the experience I learned at Bayer"

"Everything from the people to the challenges I looked forward to each day at work. I even enjoyed the fact that the VP of Manufacturing would sit in my office and give me a bad time about working to late and grave yard because I know that he appreciated it and made sure I was O.K."
