"The ability to get new technology to customers to have my customers be more successful."

"Before they acquired Allegience I loved the people I worked with at XO. That and the fact that customers loved us because we provided exceptional customer/acct care and services."
What don't you like about working at XO Communications?
"Post Allegience though a lot of those customer care services were taken away or changed. There was an entire shift of the type of people working for XO post Allegience as well and the atmosphere changed for the worse. THat is when I left for a better opportunity that came my way."

"None because I haven't worked there for over 5 yrs. I don't know how they run things now - it could be better."

"The management are not truthful with staff in reference to what the company is really all about!"

"Be honest and truthful regarding your company because the truth will always come out in time...No matter what!"
"This company needs to figure out how to manage with out using layoffs to make business goals every year."

"I liked the vacation time as well as the ability to work from home for 3 days out of the week."

"Stay away from this company as they have layoffs 2 to 3 times a year. Corperate direction changes more frequently than the wind."

"They have horrible insurance. They are outsourcing every possible position overseas to the lowest bidder."

"Use some capital to improve the ERP system in order to better manage customers and inventory."
